Our Story
In the body, we gain movement and reduce pain by creating space. After sustaining a serious injury to my own spine, helping others move more freely and without pain, has been my focus for the past 4 years. Massage is not just a luxury, it's essential to our complete wellness and mobility, effecting all 12 systems of the body. It's an honor to be of service to you, call or text to schedule your 1st appointment.
Our Services
I offer a variety of modalities at no extra charge to compliment your Swedish Massage: Hot Stones, Deep Tissue, MFR Techniques, Cupping and Stretching. I also provide pre/post event Sports Massage. Essential oils, foot bath and other therapeutic tools to maximize your relax.
Our Location
Conveniently located at 406 S. Main St. Cascade, Idaho.. If you prefer onsite massage, I am happy to come to you as well. Having an event, retreat or group therapy, I'm partnered with other therapists in the area who would love to be part of your special day/weekend. My partners and I offer massage and sound bath events. My goal is to bring much needed healing to Cascade and the surrounding communities!
Pricing/Insurance
Services include 60, 75, and 90 Min Swedish Massage. Modalities such as Hot Stones, Deep Tissue, MFR and Cupping are complimentary with every massage. A flat rate of $100, $125, and $150 for these time intervals. I accept PIP (Auto Injury) and LNI Insurance Only.
